Meaning ‘taste of the oven’ in Italian, Assaggio del Forno is a catered venue space located in the lush surrounds of Coopers Creek in East Gippsland, 10km south of Walhalla.

 

Serving relaxed and seasonal Italian dishes with ingredients from the on-site kitchen garden, the contemporary logotype paired with a wood-fired oven graphic illustrates the traditional cooking method they specialise in to make pizzas, bread and tender slow-braises.
